Snaplux is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

If your phone cover arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at snaplux.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
